I know, but it's the situation I have to deal with if I want to get where I want to be. monkmith posted... wait, how are you going to make your loan payments? I still live with my parents so I have minimal bills right now. If I can save $25k a year for 3 years that would be a huge down payment for a house, making my mortgage dirt cheap. I have to work quickly though because my parents are very old and I don't know how much longer they will be here, and who knows what happens after that?
