Why does Japan, the only whaling country that followed the rules get singled out for leaving rather than ignoring the rules or exploiting different loopholes like other countries do? I mean isn't it weird that Japan doesn't take the most whales of any country by raw numbers and is among the lowest as a percent of population yet all the hate goes toward Japan? What is it that makes people hate them so much and forgive all the white countries?
