I've been theorizing this for a while. I too believe it's just one person (most likely smol) who does actually have a girlfriend IRL, but who doesn't post on or know about gamefaqs. So once in a blue moon, to keep the "we're two separate people" narrative alive, he posts a picture of or with said girlfriend and claiming that she is indeed the operator of the joestar accounts.
It would not be hard to pull off. I don't know why people think it's so preposterous of a theory.
Ive met Joe irl. Shes her own person. I also knew/talked to smo years before I knew of Joe. So yes, theory is preposterous.
