thanks! i ended up using the anti-status skill for serena and keeping sylvando sane like you said. even then it was tough if she decided to use her laser eye beam or her crit hit attack twice in a row. i got really lucky and sylvando blocked one of her crit hit attacks that would have totally screwed me over if it connected. i don't know how else you're supposed to win that fight without serena/sylv and some dumb luck

time to zoom around and look for all those magic doors
