You can buy a girl a drink if you're getting a round though and they're like just hanging out for no real reason talking to you about their stupid lives. That's sort of like tipping. If you're sitting at the stage and they're dancing right in front of you then you do tip. Like $5 tops. You can also go up to the stage and make her dance for you and tip. Then you tell her to come to your table after she's done on stage.
