I don't think many people who would and have groped somebody publicly confess to it. Honestly, Icoyar just doesn't seem the type to grope anyone. Not outside of an actual relationship, at least. I'd see him more in the "get too excited and start groping a date faster than she wants but then backing off sheepishly" sort of situation than the brazen "grope random people and pretend it was an accident" we're seeing here. While I doubt he has ever done it, mostly due to lack of opportunity, I just don't know if he's the type of person that would go for a cheap feel or not if he thought he could get away with it, whether it be groping or "brushing up" on someone. He's desperate for romantic contact and latches on to any "girlfriend" he can get and has poor impulse control and doesn't pass anything up. But then again, he seems like he'd be terrified at any sort of real intimate contact.
