They come here because there are jobs for them and it's better than their home country. Companies hire them because they can use as them and treat them as little better than slave labor. Republican's will never do this because they rely heavily on donations from businesses that do just that. They don't want to end illegal immigration, their cronies rely on the cheap labor.
