Share holders and execs couldnt honestly give two shits about john jones in entry level accounting working 16 hour days and having to worry about taking a sick day or losing their job. Cause there are thousands of people who will do his job for less with no issues. There is zero loyalty. It's all greed. Zero appreciation. It's actually sickening when you think about it.
