Topic	Dang, the work culture in America seems really shitty.

Where companies are capable of paying better wages and offering more compensation they just dont because people are always looking for work and people are replaceable in an instant. As someone who works in an Amazon FC I feel like we get treated pretty well for the most part. Sure we could be making more but a lot of the non-pay complaints mentioned ITT I've never had to deal with. --- You're such a boring characterless entity.
