Topic	I'm going to 100% every 3D GTA game in 2019

After a certain point, it becomes much harder to do all packages, paramedic missions etc. I did kind of a "test run" in 3 back in September. 100%ed the game. Paramedic took me a few hours to get down, but I figured out the best routes and everything.
