"These should stay crisp alongside the soda," you say as you wrap them in paper.

The sandwiches are tucked gently next to the bottles, and then you wrap the blanket up and around it all.

"Hold this, please," you say to Raven as you hand her the basket.

Raven carries the basket as the two of you go to the garage. You hop on Shadowfax, and Raven holds the basket while keeping it in your lap as you pull out onto the road.

It's still the middle of the commute hours so traffic slows you down just a little. You get onto the highway soon enough and make up for the delay as you push the speed limit. You get out to Skaramagas and the Gulf of Elefsina after only a few minutes.

"The ocean looks so lovely," Raven says as she looks to the left.

You look over for just a moment to admire the water as it reflects the sun.

"That it does," you say.

The gulf is with you the entire time as you make the huge curve around, but it drops away as you pass through Vlichada.

The next half hour or so is peaceful driving, with the gulf coming and going, and then changing to Megara Gulf before dropping away as you pass Isthmia. You then pass through cities and towns, having to worry about traffic again. And there are also toll roads, so that slows you down and requires a couple Euros.

After getting through the toll booth, it's smooth sailing so to speak. You arrive at the area of the Heraion after another hour, and pull up from the South.
