I'm a horrible concert-goer and will actually shoosh people around me who are too loud, lol. If you're on the floor already that's one thing; go ahead and dance and jump around and make noise or whatever, but there is no reason anyone in the nosebleed section needs to be standing or whistling that loud. Don't even get me started on people who watch the entire thing through their phones and take constant pictures of themselves sitting in their seats. "Like, OMG, look at me and how much fun I'm having!"
