Which I'd say is a stark departure from season 1 (broken scared rape-wife with not even any dragons yet). She didn't start becoming questionable until much later, and that was still a particularly satisfying brand of pay evil unto evil. and all those people she saved would love her for it. If she just went up and dragon'd Cersei here, these people wouldn't give a shit.
