Right now it has to be a 'Play Anywhere' title. All Microsoft first party games since around 2017ish are Play Anywhere. There's the odd third party game that also supports it but it isn't too common. Here's the list https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere Any ones you own on PC can be downloaded on Xbox as well.
