You never hear anything, despite the position repeatedly being re-posted over months & constant claims from people who work stating how much they need help, until you find out they've hired a burnout that does nothing but get high in the restroom when no one is around.

I interviewed for a massive company and they were completely fucking clueless about what they wanted. tl;dr they thought my experience in CAD software A wouldn't carry over to CAD software B even though I've worked with both for years and they are designed to be as similar as possible (I hadn't used B professionally for 3 years though so they thought I was lying when I said I was proficient in it).

Suffice it to say the posting is still up months later, I hope the opportunity cost of holding out for the pErFeCt CaNdIdAtE has screwed them over by now
