Topic	worst you've ever fucked up at work?

A little after lunch the GM came into the prep area and told me he's getting complaints the chicken is spicy. I told him it tasted great. Probably the best batter I've ever made. He grabbed something nearby to sample the batter. Upon first impressions he did confirm it was spicy. But also agreed that it was really good.
