He is forwarding my information directly to the department lead I'd be working for. Usually some clueless headhunter contacts me at this point so I am surprised an actual employee called me up. I am looking to leave because it is a toxic environment and I do not belong. Also because I have been here for 3 years with zero room for growth so it's time for a diagonal promotion.
