You should totally consider it @MabusIncarnate - as long as you use a cage with a top and dont leave your pigs unattended while theyre out of it, its perfectly safe. I even let them interact while Im there to supervise. Generally the cat is just curious and sniffs at them and maybe lightly paws them a little. Heres a pic from one time I put Guin in the cat bed with our cat Artie.
