I dont think its necessary but I could understand if they start including it in the small description, some parents would want to know and how they raise their children is their business.
Fuck that. No, it should absolutely not be included. If it's 'suggestive' then it's lumped in with any other sexual content warning. Nothing more.

Too fucking bad. They can research it themselves if they want. We should not be helping them spread their bigotry.
But that's the entire point of the ESRB, to give parents a breakdown of what's included that could be offensive or they might not want flaunted to their children no matter the personal reasons that influence that.
So where does the line get drawn at what's potentially offensive?
