I'm quite confident that Trump has more information available than us and considered it when making this decision. Coming from the guy that told policemen to "rough up criminals" when apprehended...we can concluded theres nothing more to it than rile his base. Regardless...this pardon would taint the uniform. Why would any military personel play by the rules if theyre just getting pardoned?! It also dehumanizes mulims/non whites. As if their lives are of no worth simply because theyre not white or pray to other gods. His good side should be taken into account and maybe give him psych treatment with years of house arrest.
