Topic	Can someone explain to me why Ellen Pao finds this email offensive?

People who are upset with her tend to think that their experiences trump that of the many women who feel ignored in mixed groups. Okay thank you, now it makes sense. I thought she was bitching about people making eye contact with her or something. I mean it is kind of true, it's the men investors that tend to have the most money, even my old accounting firm told me to pay more attention to the big money over the others when it came to presentations.
