Once when I was just completely fed up with everything. Dad was cussing me and calling me worthless, saying how much he hated me and wanted me to die. Mom was yelling at me because I talked back to him. So I went home(lived next door with my brother). Then he got started, telling me how amazing he felt he was, and that I can't compare to him. He just loved mocking me over this stuff, but I wasn't in the mood to take it. I told him to stop, and that he was pushing me off. Instead, he responded with "I'll stop if you're man enough to make me." Then started insulting me again. I warned him one more time to stop, when he didn't, I punched him. He fell over in surprise, then jumped back up in my face trying to intimidate me. Then ran off to my parents place and told them. So it ended up being like a week long event of them all 3 wishing I were dead and treating me like garbage.
The other time was when my dad tried to kill me. Ended up in a brawl with him. Due to some interference from my mom, I ended up on the losing end and he was strangling me.
I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully things have gotten better for you since then. Also I hope that people see this as an example that family =/= unconditional love or more important than anything. ---
