It was in the backseat, and he didn't get charged for the gun
I think what you meant to say was, "I was full of shit when I said he didn't have a gun because my gut instinct is to believe every statement that paints police in a bad light".
Nah, of course not. You're going to double down on "not having a gun" is the same things as "literally having a gun within arms reach" because otherwise you'd be wrong, and we can't have that can we? If we start admitting our mistakes, where does it end?! Maybe the driver was refusing commands prior to the video starting and was acting beligerantly, prompting the officer to draw his sidearm when he saw the AR in the backseat? Maybe not all police are blood-thirsty psychos looking to murder people? Maybe taking information in context and waiting for comprehensive knowledge of a situation is important before reaching conclusions such as "Police officer trying to execute black man cuz bad"?
I like the part where you say he's taking things out of context and then proceed to make up your own context.
I'm not making up context, I'm providing examples of things that could very reasonably be true based on the info we have. These examples are no more true or false than anything else people have stated in this topic (Aside from there not being a gun, that's patently false), but I'm not asserting they're true. I'm applying simple skepticism, and applying a broad perspective of possibilities to what has so far in this topic been an extremely confident but narrow-minded parade of assertions.
lmao bro. This cop fucked up. He is in the wrong here 100%. Just admit it. Why are you fighting it so hard?
Dude, if the extent of your argument is "lol you're wrong bro", maybe you... Don't have a very good argument? I'm not posting to listen to a bunch of self-assured neanderthals tell me how dumb they think I am. I can throw a rock at an empty meadow and still hit a dozen high school drop outs who can provide that exceptionally valuable service to me. If you think you're so intelligent and so correct, then prove it to me with a decent argument or shut the fuck up.
No. Youre wrong. This cops behavior was terrible and its not something that should be defended. Weve seen unarmed people get shot for making a sudden movement countless times before. If he had moved to shut the car off and the cop got scared and shot one off youd probably defend that too. shut the fuck up and stop being ok with shitty behavior like this. Demand better. ---
"I devour urine just like my Portland Trailblazers, with piss poor defense."
