He didn't know who 5tar was. It was too fluid of a reaction. Thus, it was a true reaction. Death thought 5tar was a new player and didn't know who he was. He would have if on a scum team with him.

Now why is death scum and not 5tar? I hope you aren't using the heel/face interaction as your reasoning.
I am operating under my read that death is scum.
If death is town, then 5tar could be town or scum.
They just cannot be scum together.
And I'm on board with that based on his not knowing what 5tar was, honestly I had no idea till I went back and double checked the sign up topic.
