Because Ive generally had enough of being the punchline in peoples jokes. This isnt just a random one off occurrence. You do realize that reacting this way is exactly what the people doing this want from you, right? Maybe not Duncan, it seems like his was legit just a joke but being able to look at the times when people are being malicious and laugh it off because they are a bunch of randos on the internet would be an invaluable skill to develop. This is the first time Ive even really engaged on this topic as Ive been more private with my relationship and Ive mostly cut everyone off and choose to ignore their jokes.
