Mammals obviously do since the same areas of our brains known to be responsible for emotions are present in other mammals as well. Other intelligent animals may have something similar (say like brids), but their brains are quite different so their equivalent to our sense of emotions is probably pretty different.

I would argue that even down to a potentially very primitive level of life has always had emotions. Perhaps even all the way back to single celled organisms


Well that would be a definition of emotions that isn't used in science, but okay.
