The Eko 06/05/19 6:25:55 PM #19:	I have no problem with over-easy eggs like some people here but if you're going over-easy then you pretty much have to have some toast so you can soak up that runny yolk. Also if you're going with 4 eggs, at that point why not make an omelet so you can add peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese? Sausage links instead of bacon is fine, bacon is overrated.
