If you're adopted at age 4 or something and raised with someone the same age, you naturally should have the same aversion to sex with them that you would to a biological sibling, so it's still very messed up if you want to. If you're adopted much later or become step siblings or whatever when everyone involved is already like, 17 let's say, it's not really weird anymore since you have no reason to not feel attracted to them besides social pressure that exists for reasons that aren't even in effect in this case.
