If Ulti is Town, they have to assume Ulti is Town power along with IGCD. Doctor if they strongmanned? Town Vig mis-shot? Scanner? Etc. Or do they believe I am doctor or vig as take the shot at me. Who does pez save? I wish I really knew that. If Ulti flips scum, it might make red look better because then they shot me or red. Surely not IGCD who they knew was lying. (Unless they wanted to shoot IGCD to show he was lying to help clear Ulti....
