I've been playing it since it came out.

- If you are just planning to play pick up games then yeah it's pretty fun. You pretty much do anything technical that you see NBA players do as far as moves and gameplay goes.

-The graphics are good and the character models are pretty nice.

Now for the negatives.

-If you play MyPlayer Mode (Where you make a character and play him from college to the NBA) it is basically a grind and you don't get to pay to advance (you would think 2K would allow this.) Every game you play on quickplay or your career gets you VC (virtual currency) and you use that to upgrade your stats. However, once you get to level 90, you will have maxed all the stats for your guy. However, you also gain MyPoints after each game of MyCareer you play and those points are used to Increase the max threshold for certain stats. The problem here is the fucking grind. One game I play in MyCareer with 9 minute quarters gets me a 3% increase in MyPoints. (Once you hit 100% then it increases the stat threshhold.) You don't get to buy Mypoints, so once you get to that level 90, it is a damn grind. So I made a SF when I first got the game. I really want to make other characters at different positions but it will just take too late to build them up.

- If you play on harder difficulties, everyone on the other team can shoot 3's.

There's probably some other stuff I'm missing. But that's the main stuff. For $3 man you will have a lot of fun I think. Do you have any questions?
