Topic	Update on the NDA/Non-Compete contract my job asked me to sign

It was a generic contract template she found online, she also included a line that said the contract would be assumed effective retroactively to when I started three years ago. I had issues with that line (among others) so I said I would want to discuss it with my boss first before signing anything. Nobody has ever gotten back to me regarding it so I think they just don't care about it.
