The black community stands to gain a lot more from letting people say it freely, than from using it the way it's been used. Either never use the word again and let it be forgotten, or let everyone use it and let it be normalized and gain new meanings. Of course, if it's used offensively, that's another thing, but making it this sacred unspeakable word is just ridiculous. It's just a word.
