Women tend to go into pediatrics, OBGYN, nursing and family medicine specialties, while men tend to learn toward specialties that deals with urgent care, surgeries and men's health. Take it from someone who actually deals with medical records all day. A lot of men in Japan are not doing well for obvious reasons. The men in Japan play too many games and watch too much anime.
