Topic	Is "white voice" racist?

So it was people who's names were middle eastern or Mexican and they were calling themselves Joe or something. I wouldn't call it racist but more of an effect of racism That happened to my brother. He dealt with a lot of wealthy (white) clients on the phone and they couldn't understand his name, so he changed his name to "James" at work.
