Remember I said yesterday that Chrono + BG + LR would make sense as no one can prevent kills on targets, only delay or redirect them? It makes perfect sense. It is 3 weak protection. If you insert a Jailkeeper or Doctor into this instead of one of the above, then protection is too strong. 2 or 3 scanners exist. Depends on how weak they are. Sounds like we are claiming 2 relatively stronger protections here. Tracker + Prosty + Cop would have been fine. Watcher + Cop would have been fine. Cop + Flavor Cop + Watcher = Nope.
