Topic	Do you like sauces on sushi rolls? (other than soy sauce)
adjl 07/02/19 6:57:47 PM #21:	I like the sauce used in many places' spicy rolls, which I believe is usually a spicy mayo. I've also seen some other, more complex rolls with other sauces included in them, which can be good. Really, it just boils down to whether or not the chef knows what they're doing when they add the sauces and whether or not they end up with a good flavour combination.
