Connie Cheung is OUTRAGED after she got a racist email from the Vice President of a Recruitment firm she arranged a job interview with.

She applied for a role at Chicago Search Group to work as an office management assistent when the VP accidentally sent HER and NOT THE REAL person he meant to send an email to a racist phrase that came from the 1987 film "Full Metal Jacket"

It's a phrase used by US Soldiers in the movie against Vietnemese prostitutes and became a broader term of insult against South East Asians

She said "Asian females have always been sexualized of their history with Western males. It's gross. That specific phrase is sexual. It's not just toward by race, it's sexual. That's all i could think of was, Why? It's 2019. At first i was just in shock at how unprofessional it was. And also shocked because it had been aw hile since i had something so blatantly racial said to me"

That man who sent it was VP Jim McMahon who said it was intended for his boss, Brian Haugh, the firm's president and meant only as a JOKE.

He said "This was an isolated incident that will not happen again and my sincerest apologies go out to Connie and anyone else who was offended by this statement"

He claimed he wrote it because he thought she was Asian, which she was and said it was an insensitive joke only meant for his partner and admits he is 100% in the wrong and wish he could take it back and a huge mistake

But a friend of Connie's reached out to Brian Haugh, the president about how this was treated and he wrote back with a THREATENING LEGAL action and said he's focused on a bigger problem than his "friend" and being offended by a movie quote and tells him to search for libel laws because now they are threatening action for sharing that email publicly!!.

Cheung is still looking for work but says "You don't hear much about discrimination against the Asian community. I had never thoughta bout it. I just put out applications and hope for the best. Asians face racism too and i wanted to expose this firm for who they are"
