Depends on the shenanigans, I should imagine. Plus a lot of the employees who find themselves in those situations are guys who find their way into those situations a lot, which is why they're more of a candidate to be fired. Granted, when I worked retail, we had a photo development guy who would leave cringy notes in girls' photos and he wasn't fired so... it really depends on the employer.

When I worked in sales during college, we had one guy who -- having previously pressured customers into a hug -- kissed a customer on the cheek without her consent. And who multiple people insisted on working with somebody else. He wasn't fired until he sexually harassed a coworker and, even then, it took time for HR to process that. (Whereas the owner allegedly saw the video and said, "Fire that fucker now," but was informed that the company who provided our HR had to do an investigation.)
