It's really not so bad and I genuinely don't miss the dishwasher. Try to at least get on site laundry. You'll manage either way and the savings can be worth it: I'm saving at least 250 a month on a place with those 5 appliances, that's 3k a year out of pocket money. My place also covers my internet (80 bucks is 80 bucks) and my suite is a lot larger than most I looked at. My biggest complaint had to be with the people that live here more than missing appliances.
