Yeah, I thought this one was a little weaker than the other three, though I do think it was a cute movie overall. I felt like it was a good coda to the series, allowing Woody to exist for his own sake and make his own choices - TS3 in retrospect does feel as though it traps Woody in a cycle of having no reason to be if he isn't in an eternal cycle of being a kid's toy and TS4 frees him from that.

TS4 feels a bit like a bunch of ideas they had for characters - Forky, Gabby Gabby - and locations - the antique store, the carnival - that they wanted to use before but couldn't, and they just wanted to explore them. It just came off as a little scattershot I guess, some plotlines didn't seem to mesh into a big overall theme and some characters felt like they were along for the ride. Wasn't as tight a script as TS3.
