Topic	I'm thinking of buying some land, will need to haggle/negotiate probably.

After going to city hall and researching the parcel of land I found out the one with the listed price was literally part of the forest, just a bunch of trees. However the same company owns the whole area including the clearing(which is actually two parcels). So now I need a strategy on how to negotiate for it. Say the forest plot cost $1,000, how much should I be willing to offer for two cleared plots? Like $3,500 maybe?
