Topic	I'm thinking of buying some land, will need to haggle/negotiate probably.

The houses in the area are all small and run down (there were more rusted out trucks in the area than homes when I went in person), and are only estimated to be worth around $35,000, some of which do have two parcels. The actual parcels I'm looking at were both sold to this company about 8 months ago for $300 a piece and are assessed at being worth $900.
