Topic	The newest season of The Handmaid's Tale has been kinda crap (some spoilers)

Like they make it out to be this huge secret, which doesn't work at all within the context of the world they've already built up. Guys WOULD talk about it, and since "religious purity" is the cornerstone of this society, the whole movement would basically crumble instantly. It's too much. I'd say the "religious purity" thing is more about governance and ritual than anything else. It's clearly a facade waiting to crumble.
