No. If someone didn't want to hire a trans person who was the best person for the job or they refused to do business with them I would say that's transphobic, but not for not wanting to date or be friends with a trans person

I think the race/gender equivalency thing is always bad to make for what I hope are obvious reasons.
I'm speaking strictly in the friendship standpoint only. Is it racist to say you won't be friends with a black person, and is it transphobic to say you won't be friends with a trans?

Friends is different than a sexual relationship though. Its based on personality more than the physical.
