Topic	Should I complain regarding a recruiter that ghosted me?

I even let him know how much I hated working with recruiters for that exact reason and he was very understanding then he pulls the same shit. Luckily I only wanted to get in touch to say I found a job and I wanted him to just keep an ear to the ground for better ops.
