What did you do to lose it, if you don't mind sharing?


On April 1 of 2018 I went back to cooking all of my food instead of eating out and eating fast food... I lost about 25 pounds from then to July 25 of 2018. On July 25th of 2018, I joined a crossfit gym. They had me use an app called Better Human to track what I eat by weight and stay under a certain amount of protein/carbs/fat/calories. I started working out there 3 times per week. Since then, I've lost 165 pounds.


I started doing that too, recently. Its amazing what a difference cooking makes. Plus, you get better at it, and somehow its more satisfying to just know you were the chef.
