Topic	Job hunting truly is a mess, CareerBuilder / ZipRecruiter are out of control.

I kinda lucked out with indeed getting my first real job through there. If you can sift through all the garbage, you'll find some decent jobs. But these websites are still no substitute for going directly through the company's websight or through a direct headhunter or something like that.
