This led to getting consent to search the vehicle Nothing was cooked up You did a frisk for weapons when you knew they didn't have any weapons and you just wanted to catch them for drugs when you didn't have an actual search warrant. You 'cooked up' a fake reason to search I never said they didnt have any weapons? If I wasnt able to get in the car originally how would I know? That why I did a frisk of the car And I got consent to search the vehicle afterwards. A frisk is not a search.
