We have strict gun laws in Canada and have mass shootings whether it's gangs or someone frustrated with life. You can't tell people with today's technology how weapons are still being sold underground? Like how stupid is our government that in the year 2019 they are still letting it go on? Very rarely do mass shootings occur with people who got the gun legally. Nope. Black market guns are a fringe minority of mass shootings. 80% of mass shootings were done with legally purchased guns.
