Klobuchar sucked, but at least I understand WHY she thinks she can run for president. Honestly, MOST of that bottom tier makes sense to me: theyre relatively moderate dems from midwestern or southern states who feel like they can appeal to the rust belt states that Hillary lost. Sure, theyre voids of charisma, but their hearts are in the right places...mostly. With Gabbard though, youre from a deep blue state and lack the passion of that top tier.
